摘要：

对国外创业网络研究进行了回顾,指出创业网络的研究经历了一个由被动到主动、由分散到集中的发展过程。在现有的研究中,围绕创业网络的研究视角主要包括网络规模、网络能力、网络治理、网络演化四个方面,同时,在创业网络的结构化研究上主要从创业网络受到其他因素的影响,以及创业网络如何影响创业活动发展这两个方面进行。并对创业网络领域的研究进行了评述和展望。
