摘要：

糖尿病是严重危害人类健康的疾病,目前1型糖尿病的病因较明确,2型糖尿病的病因尚不很清楚。目前认为,2型糖尿病的发生是遗传因素、环境因素、生活方式及行为因素共同作用的结果,遗传因素决定了个体对糖尿病的易感性,而不同的环境因素、生活方式及行为因素可能是诱发糖尿病发生的外部原因。本文从遗传因素、环境因素、生活方式及行为因素等几个方面对2型糖尿病发病的危险因素作一综述。
