摘要：

合约实施与国际贸易之间的关系正成为国际贸易理论领域的研究前沿和热点。目前,该领域主要集中于合约实施因素对一国国际贸易比较优势、贸易量、贸易结构和形式所具有的影响效应及其内在作用机理。本文从理论和实证两个角度对这一领域的已有文献进行详细梳理,初步分析了合约实施对一国国际贸易所具有的影响效应及其作用机理,并在此基础上指出该领域进一步的研究前景。
