C肽在糖尿病大血管病变中的研究进展

摘要
C肽是由胰岛β细胞分泌的肽类。近年来研究表明C肽具有生物活性,参与糖尿病大血管病变的发生发展。现试对C肽在糖尿病并发缺血性心脏病、脑卒中及外周血管病变中的研究进展做一综述。
