摘要：

面对世界科技快速发展和全球经济一体化的趋势,针对目前我国高等院校培养的工程技术人才不能适应现代企业要求的现状,本文提出了基于CDIO教育模式的校企合作办学的工程应用型人才培养模式,把知识、能力、社会三者融合起来,以源于企业的项目为导向,以培养综合能力为目标,以产学合作为依托,以可操作的立体化的人才培养机制为载体,使工程教育和工业界紧密联系,实现符合现代企业要求的工程技术人才培养和服务社会的目的。
