摘要：

白三烯是哮喘的一类关键性炎性介质。白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特对吸入性变应原诱发的速发性和迟发性变态反应均有抑制作用,可减少气道内嗜酸粒细胞浸润,使哮喘患者血液、支气管肺泡灌洗液、痰液和支气管粘膜中的嗜酸粒细胞数量减少,从而降低哮喘患者呼出气中一氧化氮浓度、血液和痰中嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白等间接气道炎症指标。孟鲁司特与吸入型糖皮质激素有叠加的抗哮喘作用,可用于轻中度持续哮喘、运动性哮喘、幼儿哮喘及过敏性鼻炎的防治,其耐受性及依从性好。
