中葡都市青少年体力活动、健康体能的比较研究——以上海市和布拉加两城市为例

摘要：

我国青少年体质20年来持续下降,肥胖比率增加,青少年公共健康问题日益严重。一些报道指出我国青少年的体质落后于日韩青少年,而中欧青少年体质体能的比较研究还鲜有报道。通过文献资料、实验测试、横向比较等方法,采用国际上效度、信度较高的健康体能测试组(FITNESSGRAM)和国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ),对中葡都市同龄青少年进行比较,指出我国都市青少年在健康体能和体力活动上存在的不足,进而提醒国人重视青少年健康问题。
