摘要：

细胞凋亡是当前生命科学研究的热点之一,凋亡相关基因bcl-2、P53、c-myc、ICE家族、APO-1/Fas(CD95)、bcr-abl、PML-RARα等涉及白血病发病机制、治疗和耐药,通过调控凋亡相关基因促进白血病细胞凋亡,可能是治疗白血病的新途径。
