摘要
:
Wnt信号途径是体内重要的信号调节系统之一,对成骨细胞、破骨细胞和软骨细胞的分化、增殖和程序性死亡起着关键的作用。下面就经典的Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号途径在调控骨改建方面的作用,特别是抑制成骨细胞程序性死亡和抑制破骨细胞生成的研究进展作一综述。
