脲酶抑制剂对肉仔鸡血液生理指标及生产性能的影响

摘要
研究了不同质量浓度 ( 0 ,6 0 ,90 ,12 0 m g/ kg)脲酶抑制剂对肉仔鸡血液生理指标及生产性能的影响 .结果表明 ,90 ,12 0 mg/ kg脲酶抑制剂添加组 2 1d和 4 2 d肉仔鸡血液 RBC及 Hgb测定值显著降低 ;12 0 m g/ kg添加组肉仔鸡 2 1d和 4 2 d血液红细胞比容 ( Hct)显著降低 ;各质量浓度脲酶抑制剂添加组 2 1d血浆尿酸含量显著降低 ,90 ,12 0 mg/ kg添加组 4 2 d肉仔鸡血浆尿酸质量浓度降低 .12 0 m g/ kg添加组日平均增重显著大于对照组和 6 0 m g/ kg添加组 ;12 0 m g/ kg添加组 2 1~ 4 2日龄阶段和 0~ 4 2日龄的料重比显著降低 ;脲酶抑制剂能显著降低死亡率 .
