<正>冠心病是一类严重危害人类健康的疾病,近年来,急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的发病率和病死率呈明显上升趋势,而动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂、血栓形成、管腔闭塞是急性冠状动脉综合征主要发病机制。随着急性心肌梗死实施再灌注治疗技术的开展,尤其是经皮冠状动脉介入手术(PCI)的实施,使得患者的预后及生活质量得到了较大程度的提高。但是目前仍然存在严重问题,即术后支架内血栓形成或再狭窄,可能与支架种类、置入技术方法、冠状动脉病变特点及机体状况、过早停用双联抗血小板药物、药物抵抗等因素有关。如何预防并积极实施合理抗
