<正>癫痫是神经内科的常见病,由于女性存在特殊的生理周期变化,约31%60%的女性癫痫患者发作与月经周期有关,通常把女性癫痫患者中,癫痫发作频率在月经周期的某个时期显著增加,称为月经性癫痫（catamenial epilepsy）。并且根据癫痫发作所集中的时期不同,将月经性癫痫分为月经型、排卵型和黄体功能不全型[1]。本文就月经性癫痫的概况、影响因素及治疗做一综述。
