本文综述了关节软骨基质蛋白聚糖的结构、功能和在骨关节炎时蛋白聚糖的量、内部结构的变化,以及发生这种变化的相关因素。提示在骨关节炎的发生、发展中蛋白聚糖扮演了重要角色,有必要作进一步深入研究。
