<正>针灸作为一种补充或替代治疗,受到世界各国越来越多的关注和普遍应用[1]。世界针灸学会联合会的最新调查显示,中医针灸已在全世界183个国家应用。WHO面向全世界推荐了64种针灸适应证[2]。尽管针刺治疗有很高的接受度和显著的临床疗效,但针刺的作用机制仍然没有完全阐明[3]。国内外研究人员在实验的基础上,对针刺的作用机制提出了各种假说[4],针刺在病理生理和生物活性的基因表达、蛋白质相互作用等方面均产生
