摘要：

本文从国外农村中小企业支持政策的研究视角、支持政策的特点以及支持政策的相关实践等方面对国外农村中小企业政策支持和服务体系的建设情况进行了系统的总结和分析,指出了国外农村中小企业政策支持体系在系统性、可借鉴性以及保持农村中小企业长期竞争力等方面存在的问题,以期对我国农村中小企业政策支持和服务体系建设有所借鉴。
