用光纤F-P滤波器解调的光纤光栅传感器的研究

摘要
报道了用光纤F-P滤波器解调检测光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)Bragg波长移动量,实验了一个可对静态及时变物理量进行检测的FBG传感器系统。该系统对静态物理量的测量结果的相关系数为0.996,对时变物理量的测量分辨率为10.9μstrain。
