<正>膝关节骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是膝关节最常见的退行性疾病,长期的膝关节疼痛与活动受限,对患者生活质量造成巨大的影响,并给家庭和社会带来巨大经济负担。《骨关节炎诊疗指南(2007年版)》对我国KOA的诊疗具有极大的指导和规范意义[1]。历时10年不懈探索与研究,2017年中华医学会骨科学分会关节外科学组和《中华骨科杂志》编辑部,集聚了海内外关节领域及相关领域专家们的最新研究成果和宝贵经验,对原指南进行了更
