磁共振T1ρ技术定量检测椎间盘早期退变的初步研究

摘要
目的探讨3.0T磁共振T1ρ定量技术检测在体椎间盘早期退变的价值。资料与方法35名健康志愿者(男16名,女19名)在3.0TMRI上采集常规T2WI及T1ρ图像,对椎间盘进行Pfirrmann分级及髓核T1ρ值测定,分析T1ρ值与Pfirrmann分级、节段、性别的关系。结果 T1ρ值与Pfirrmann分级呈显著负相关(r=-0.542,P<0.001);L5/S1节段T1ρ值为(94.80±26.60)ms,显著低于L2/L3的(117.18±25.64)ms和L3/L4的(115.52±28.53)ms(P<0.01),其余节段无显著差异(P>0.05);各节段T1ρ值无性别差异(t=0.006、0.042、0.797、1.022、0.038,P>0.05)。结论 T1ρ弛豫时间与椎间盘退变程度密切相关,T1ρ成像可以作为客观、敏感地检测椎间盘早期退变的有效手段。
