美国高等教育具有深厚的大学自治传统,但是不加限制的市场竞争也造成了院校的学术漂移。本文以密苏里州为例,分析其在加强高等教育协调、遏制院校学术漂移方面的政策,以探讨高等教育市场失灵情况下,政府力量在促进高等教育协调发展中的作用。
