藏药独一味两种方法提取组分对小鼠镇痛作用的影响

摘要：

目的 :中药化学提取分离技术与药理学试验方法相结合 ,构建中药有效成分研究的实验方法 .方法 :以独一味为代表药物 ,采用溶剂萃取法及大孔吸附树脂梯度洗脱分离法两种方法制备样品 ,通过小鼠醋酸扭体法及热板法筛选镇痛有效部位 .结果 :两种方法提取分离的样品对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用 ;大孔吸附树脂梯度洗脱法分离的样品能明显延长小鼠热板的痛阈时间 .萃取法中镇痛有效物质主要集中在正丁醇部分、石油醚部分、水部分 ;大孔吸附树脂梯度洗脱分离法中主要集中在 30 0mL·L-1乙醇洗脱部分、90 0mL·L-1乙醇洗脱部分和沉淀物部分 .结论 :初步建立了中药有效部位的研究方法 ,找到了独一味中镇痛有效部位
