分析美国在电力需求侧资源规划、开发、应用等方面的成功经验,包括美国电力需求侧资源的分类、形成条件,不同需求侧资源在电力系统运行和电力系统规划方面的应用现状和未来趋势。在此基础上,并提出了可供我国借鉴的经验。
