<正>氯吡格雷（clopidogrel）是心血管疾病中广泛用于抗血小板的药物。氯吡格雷治疗可明显改善经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术（PCI）术后患者的主要心血管预后,但仍有5%15%的患者在1年内会出现包括死亡、心肌梗死和脑卒中在内的临床终点事件。产生个体差异的原因除了患者的依从性、冠心病危险因素（肥胖、糖尿病、吸烟）和药物之间的相互作用等因素外,基因变异也扮有重要作用,特别是直接
