危重患者应激性高血糖胰岛素治疗研究进展

摘要：

应激性高血糖在危重患者中普遍存在,对患者临床与预后有极为重要的影响。目前对高血糖的治疗方式主要为强化胰岛素治疗,但是因为胰岛素治疗在危重症患者中的应用时间较为短暂,取得临床实验结果存在一定的争议。本文就强化胰岛素治疗进行阐述并对应激性高血糖控制进行深入研究,望对危重患者应激性高血糖胰岛素治疗提供理论基础。
