“岸桥—集卡—堆场”双向作业协同模型

摘要
为了提高集装箱码头作业效率及客户的满意度,在计划周期范围内,本文考虑客户的集港、提箱业务需求,结合岸桥、堆场龙门吊的装卸序列,建立了"岸桥-集卡-堆场"双向作业计划协同优化模型.场内集卡在所有的船舶间共享,以减少内部集卡在码头区域的空驶率,降低客户集港、提箱的等待时间,从而实现系统整体优化.鉴于模型的复杂性,设计了混合智能算法对其求解.数值试验结果表明,模型和算法可行有效,岸桥作业效率提高28.2%,集卡作业效率提高34.6%,龙门吊作业效率提高15.9%,为集装箱码头实际作业计划提供了依据.
