摘要
:
目的观察转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及Ⅳ型胶原(CO-Ⅳ)在糖尿病大鼠肾组织中的表达及灵芝多糖干预后的影响。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导大鼠造成糖尿病模型,分组予不同剂量灵芝多糖(GLP)进行治疗性灌胃。8周后,用免疫组化方法和RT-PCR方法检测各组大鼠肾皮质TGF-β1、CO-Ⅳ的蛋白和mRNA表达。结果糖尿病组大鼠肾小球TGF-β1、CO-Ⅳ蛋白和mRNA表达较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01);灵芝多糖各组较糖尿病组表达降低(P<0.01)。结论灵芝多糖可能通过下调糖尿病大鼠肾脏中TGF-β1和CO-Ⅳ的表达,减少细胞外基质积聚,起到对糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用。
