借鉴国内外数字图书馆评价模型的构建方法,采取文献分析法构建基于用户交互的数字图书馆服务评价模型,采取应用模糊数学法优化评价模型,利用结构方程进行评价模型的实证检验,验证模型的科学性和合理性。
