微量元素对作物和人体的毒害作用及其控制

摘要
作物和人体必需的或非必需的微量元素积累在组织中超过一定限度时 ,就会产生毒害作用 ,产生毒害作用的原因包括自然因素和人为因素。根据前人的资料 ,就Fe ,Mn ,B ,Zn ,Mo ,Hg ,Cd ,Pb ,Ni,Se等元素对人体和作物的毒害症状、毒害水平及预防措施等问题作综合评述。
