<正>治疗成人脊柱畸形的主要目的在于重建脊柱的总体平衡,缓解疼痛症状、提高患者生活质量。近年来,在治疗成人脊柱畸形的研究中,脊柱-骨盆矢状面平衡对治疗效果的影响逐渐受到学者的重视,脊柱-骨盆矢状面失衡可能导致躯干前倾、顽固性腰痛等一系列情况,均严重影响
