摘要
骨矿物质密度(BMD)是反映骨强度的重要指标之一,而膝关节是重要的负重关节,也是骨关节炎(OA)最常见的发病部位之一,在某些情况下测定膝关节BMD很有必要。目前诊断骨质疏松症(OP)的金标准是双能X线吸收测量法(DEXA),但对于膝关节BMD还没有标准的测量方法。膝关节BMD测定在深入研究OP、诊断及随访膝关节相关疾病、探讨OA与OP的关系等方面具有重要意义。该文就膝关节BMD测定的方法、作用及其影响因素作一综述。
