玻璃酸钠与得宝松关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床应用观察

摘要：

目的研究玻璃酸钠与得宝松关节腔内注射补充治疗膝骨关节炎(OA)的疗效。方法选择临床OA患者50例,采用关节腔内注射SH与得宝松联合治疗,每周1次,每次玻璃酸钠2ml、得宝松0.2ml,疗程5周。结果玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗OA总有效率为96.2%。结论联合替代疗法治疗早、中期膝OA是一种值得推荐的方法。
