<正>心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是一种常见的心律失常,可表现为阵发性或持续性,总体人群中AF发生率为1%～2%,而在年龄超过80岁老年人中,其发病率高达5%～15%[1]。AF是缺血性脑卒中最重要的独立危险因素之一,其导致卒中风险是窦性心律患者的5倍[2]。大量循证医学证据证实,
