摘要：

多糖是芦荟凝胶中的主要生理活性物。本文系应用乙醇法从中国芦荟凝胶中获得并纯化。而且,应用红外光谱、高效液相色谱、气相色谱和核磁共振（1H）证明了该多糖为乙酰化葡甘聚糖。根据动物试验结果表明:该多糖具有良好的抑癌活性。
