磺脲类受体隶属ATP结合蛋白家族,现已发现它与ATP敏感性钾通道有关,对其结构和生理功能的研究已形成一个新的热点。文章介绍了国外近几年关于磺脲类受体分子结构、基因表达以及与ATP敏感性钾通道在结构和功能上的关系的研究进展。
