精神分裂症模型大鼠伏核和纹状体多巴胺含量的检测及氟哌啶醇的影响

摘要
目的 探讨精神分裂症模型大鼠在氟哌啶醇治疗前后伏核和纹状体内多巴胺 (DA)及其代谢产物含量的变化。方法 经腹腔给大鼠注射苯环己哌啶 (PCP)制作精神分裂症动物模型 ,用高效液相色谱 电化学检测法离体测定模型大鼠伏核和纹状体多巴胺及其代谢产物含量的变化。结果 PCP模型大鼠伏核和纹状体多巴胺含量 [(7.84± 1.15 ,10 .6 8± 1.2 0 (ng/mg脑组织湿重 ]明显高于对照组 [(2 .17± 0 .43 ,1.80± 0 .32 )ng/mg脑组织湿重 ](P <0 .0 0 1) ;经氟哌啶醇长期治疗后模型大鼠伏核和纹状体多巴胺含量 [(1.84± 0 .36 ,9.43± 0 .78)ng/mg脑组织湿重 ]较治疗前 [(8.39± 1.2 9,12 .5 4± 1.0 4)ng/mg脑组织湿重 ]有显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 PCP精神分裂症模型大鼠伏核和纹状体DA功能亢进 ,抗精神病药物氟哌啶醇能有效地降低DA含量
