摘要：

<正> 目前,新一代心肌钙蛋白(cTn Ⅰ)的测定日益受到关注,对心肌细胞的损伤检测具有很高的敏感度和特异性,可以观察到微小心肌的缺血性损伤。最新研究表明,这种灵敏的低浓度的 cTn Ⅰ检测与同期的心电图和患者的临床体征相比,更确切的提供有意义的临床实验诊断依据;不同的肌钙蛋白水平和急性冠脉综合征患者的死亡风险之间存在着对应的定量关系。本试验通过研究不稳定性型心绞痛(UA)患者的血清 cTn Ⅰ含量与其他临床及实验室资料,以
