本文综述了近年来肿瘤多药耐药基因的研究进展,包括蛋白质P—170的结构特点、作用机制、基因家族的结构、基因的转录和研究方法,并讨论了有关耐药基因的进化来源,以及调节基因转录的顺式作用因子和有待解决的问题。
