摘要：

全球诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发呈明显增加趋势。诺如病毒不同型别之间的重组频繁发生,诺如病毒感染已成为危害人类健康的重要的公共卫生问题。本文就诺如病毒的病原学、流行病学、检测方法和诺如病毒胃肠炎的临床表现、诊断、治疗及预防进行了综述。
