摘要：

创新型企业是国家技术创新引导工程的重要载体,是创新型国家建设的重要支撑和保障。然而,创新型企业经营过程面对各类风险,其对创新型企业建设造成重大的负面影响。基于此,文章从战略风险识别、战略风险评价、战略风险决策和战略风险预警四个方面对创新型企业经营过程战略风险决策进行文献综述,总结当前的研究现状,提出未来的研究展望,以期为我国创新型企业战略风险管理提供理论依据和政策参考。
