母婴分离模型的常见行为范式评价及研究进展

摘要
目的母婴分离(maternal separation,MS)作为一种重要的早期社会剥夺方式,一直是研究生命早期应激对个体生理、心理造成不良影响的神经生物学机制的经典动物模型。文章通过对大、小鼠MS模型常见的行为学范式及相关生物学机制的研究成果进行综述,阐明母婴分离的持续时间和分离频率对实验结果的不同影响。方法通过万方、中国知网、Pubmed等平台检索近年来利用MS模型探究生命早期应激对大、小鼠长期认知和心理影响的相关文献,并对文章中行为学评价方式、结果和其潜在的机制进行阐述。结果啮齿类动物MS模型的建立为人们探究生命早期负性事件相关的长期心身疾病提供了新的方法,并表现出广泛的适用性。结论目前不同研究在此基础上对动物模型的认知、心理改变和发病机制进行了多方位的探索,并取得了一定的进展。但采用不同分离频率及持续时间所带来的认知、行为改变并不确定,其对子代基因表达和对亲代的影响也需要进一步深入研究。
