骨骼肌纤维类型在不同的条件下的转化研究

摘要
随着研究条件与相关技术的发展,近年来科研人员对骨骼肌纤维类型进行了大量的细胞与分子生物学水平的研究。研究发现,除发育因素外,神经支配,运动训练,负荷或去负荷,激素以及衰老等各种因素均对骨骼肌纤维的特异蛋白质表达产生影响,乃至改变肌纤维的种类和肌肉的肌纤维组成。对于成体已发育成熟的骨骼肌来说,在此情况下无论是何种因素引起的肌纤维转化,似乎都与神经支配和神经-肌肉或神经-内分泌活动的变化有关。目前对骨骼肌纤维转化的机理存在多种解释,其中以Chin等根据对成肌细胞培养的研究结果率先提出"骨骼肌特异纤维类型基因表达受钙调神经磷酸酶(calcineurin)依赖性转录信号途径(signaling pathway)控制"这一学说为代表。但是这些理论都不成熟,对骨骼肌纤维转化的机制还需要进一步研究。
