摘要：

抗菌肽 (anti microbialpeptides)是具有抗菌活性的一类短肽 ,广泛存在于生物界。这种内源性的抗菌肽经诱导而合成 ,在机体抵抗病原的入侵方面起着重要的作用 ,更被认为是缺乏特异性免疫功能生物的重要防御成分。作者介绍了抗菌肽 4种类型的结构特点及作用机制 ,并介绍了水生动物抗菌肽的研究进展 ,特别是鱼、虾类抗菌肽的研究现状及在水产养殖业上的应用前景
