住院患者择期手术取消的成因

摘要：

目的对住院患者在手术当日取消择期手术的原因进行分析,并提出相应的干预措施,以期提高手术室工作效率和医疗质量,缩短患者住院时间。方法回顾性分析本院2011年7月1日—2012年6月30日期间在非局部麻醉下行择期手术的住院患者,通过医院电子信息系统统计在手术当日取消手术的发生率,对相关原因进行分析,并通过查阅病历明确取消手术的患者在随后的6个月内是否在本院进行了原定的手术。结果 25 210例预约患者中,当日取消手术1 298例(5.1%),原因主要涉及疾病因素(55.8%)、患者因素(23.1%)和术者因素(21.1%);其中,710(54.7%)例患者6个月内在本院进行了原定的手术治疗,手术推迟时间为1～114天(5.5±10.8天)。结论所有当日取消的手术中,大多数可以通过相应的整改措施加以避免,当日取消手术的发生率有很大的下降空间。
