基于动机分析的员工带病出勤管理研究

摘要
员工带病出勤行为给组织和个人带来的危害,长期被人们忽视。本文认为,员工带病出勤动机可分为物质型动机、社会型动机、工具型动机和奉献型动机四种类型,受到社会经济、文化、制度层面以及组织和员工方面因素的诱导,组织可以通过对员工出勤动机盘点、建立员工带病出勤行为动态管理预警机制对员工进行动态管理。
