摘要：

本文以英国爱丁堡大学为例,介绍了英国大学技术转移组织机构的变革、技术转移的过程和特点、知识产权管理与保护的经验,特别是所有权问题的处理、激励机制的建立以及面临的问题,并针对我国大学的技术转移和知识产权管理提出了自己的思考。
