偏侧视觉空间忽略发生机制的研究进展

摘要：

<正> 偏侧忽略(unilateral neglect)又称忽略、不注意,是单侧脑损伤后的一种常见功能丧失,尤其是右侧半球的损伤。患者表现为对偏侧即病灶对侧失去注意。该综合征是半球损伤所致的特殊类型的注意障碍。偏侧忽略综合征很常见,约25%-30%的卒中后患者会出现偏侧忽略症状,80%的右侧半球卒中的患者会出现忽略。
