心血管生化标志物在早期诊断冠心病的研究进展

摘要：

冠心病已成为继癌症后死亡率最高的一种疾病,如何提高冠心病的早期确诊率是目前冠心病治疗中的重点。而与心血管疾病发生、发展相关的血液生化标志物对于早期诊断冠心病有重要的意义。现从心肌损伤指标、心肌炎症反应指标、血管内皮功能损伤指标、动脉斑块不稳定指标四个方面对目前国内外报导的心血管生化标志物进行综述,从而为临床诊断提供依据。
