钒类化合物的抗糖尿病作用

摘要
八十年代发现的钒的类胰岛素作用掀起了国内外对钒的研究热潮。近二十年来,各国学者对钒在基础科学及糖尿病学方面进行了广泛深入的研究。本文主要从钒的抗糖尿病方面,论述了钒在体内、体外、临床等方面的作用,对其作用机制也进行了初步地探讨。目前合成出的有机钒化合物毒性小,作用强,使得钒应用于临床成为可能。
