<正>近年来国内外食品安全事件频繁发生,消费者的食品安全信心从根本上被动摇。如何有效治理食品安全,增强消费者信心和安全感,促进食品行业健康和可持续发展,成为政府、企业界和学术界关注的现实问题。我国食品安全研究方面的现有成果主要集中在对国外食品监管的体制机制、方式方法的译介;针对国内食品安全问题的研究,大多集中在企业和消费者行为分析方面以及单纯的法律法规、技术标准方面的研究,鲜有关注消费者在食品安全监管中的作用研究。对于政府和市场而言,任何一方都难以单独有效地解决食品安全问题。作为利益相关者,消费者参与食品安全监管是不可缺少的重
