近年来对碱性磷酸酶同工酶的研究取得了许多新进展,对其相关基因的克隆、核苷酸测序及染色体基因定位也已完成,并提出了酶嵌入膜的新机制.有关这些同工酶的临床意义,特别是作为肿瘤标志物的作用,也受到人们重视.
