急性白血病患者血清G-CSF水平的研究

采用FIISA方法,检测了36例急性白血病患者血清G-CSF水平,其中合并急性感染12例.G-CSF检出率为83.3％,无感染24例,G-CSF检出率为12.5％,30例正常人对照未能检出G-CSF。18例完全缓解,在缓解期间或化疗后白细胞正常者,均未检出G-CSF。缓解期间化疗致白细胞下降共25例次,其中合并感染者,G-CSF检出率为84.6％(11/13),无感染者,G-CSF检出率为16.7％(2/12)。本组资料中合并感染者G-CSF检出率显著高于无感染者(P<O.01)。Spearman等级相关分析,急性白血病合并感染血清G-CSF水平与白细胞总数早负相关,与体温无明显相关。并初步探讨f血清G-CSF变化的临床意义。
